This Privacy Policy explains how MAYBERRY CAFE & BAKERY LLC, doing business as Mayberry Cafe ("Mayberry Cafe," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, request catering, apply for a job, or sign up for text messages.

The short version: We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send marketing text messages without your permission.

Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address and anything else you enter in our forms, such as catering details (event date, time, guest count, menu choices, special requests and, if you are tax-exempt, your exemption certificate) or the information in an employment application.
Text-message information: your mobile number, your consent to receive texts (including the date and time and how you opted in), and the messages you send to us or receive from us.
Chat and voice assistant: if you use the chat or voice assistant on our website, we receive what you type or say, and we may keep a transcript or recording to answer your request and improve our service.
Information collected automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To respond to your questions and requests and provide customer care.
To review, confirm and fulfill catering requests and orders, and to send related notices.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
